Whether you’ve been playing for years or are newer to the game, you’re invited to the inaugural Alexandria Mahjong Classic, a welcoming local tournament for players of all levels.
No tournament experience is required. Come play, try your first tournament, meet fellow mahjong players, and enjoy a day of tiles, strategy, and friendly competition while supporting Breast Cancer Collective.
The tournament will follow NMJL rules and scoring using the 2026 NMJL card. All mahjong sets and playing materials will be provided, but participants should bring their own 2026 NMJL card.
Tournament format, rotations, and the number of games and rounds will be shared with participants approximately two weeks before the event.
