The Women’s Crawl by Shrinks on Tap is coming to Old Town Alexandria for a day centered on women’s health, connection, reflection, and celebration.
From 1:00–6:00 p.m., participants can make their way through five participating Old Town locations, with interactive wellness experiences, exclusive food and drink specials, giveaways, featured local businesses, and opportunities to connect along the way. Experiences include intention setting, a symbolic release activity, a Power Pose photo station, and a guided primal scream and mind-body coherence experience.
Then, beginning at 5:30 p.m., the celebration continues at Cooper Mill with a closing dance party featuring DJ Thunder Bunny, running until 8:00 p.m.
Come with friends or arrive solo. The Women’s Crawl welcomes women, trans women, nonbinary people, and friends who want to join in a day of reflection, connection, movement, and fun. Participants must be 21+.
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, 20% of ticket sales and 100% of raffle sales will benefit Breast Cancer Collective, supporting our work to improve breast cancer survivability by expanding equitable access to screening, diagnostic care, and follow-up treatment.
The Women’s Crawl is hosted by Shrinks on Tap and sponsored by Del Ray Psych & Wellness.
